Clean of Heart is a Catholic group of men in Cincinnati who are committed to chastity and support each other to that end. Specifically, we help men who struggle with the use of pornography, and who find themselves unable to keep it out of their lives. We more or less follow the 12-step structure, as used in so many other support groups.

Our Mission
Clean of Heart exists as a positive response to the scourge of pornography in our society. We are a community started by, and run for, those afflicted by addiction to pornography and other sexual issues related to the pornographic mind set. Our goals and teachings align completely with the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church.
Pornography infects one’s mind and echoes throughout society as a destructive force to the gifts of sexuality as created in God’s image of loving procreation. It is our goal to recognize these effects in ourselves and walk back the mind set and habits they have created. It is not our goal to judge each other, but to provide support in a confidential weekly meeting.
